Brian Julyan MS (President CMS Europe) says, “Over the past twenty years, the Court of Master Sommeliers Europe has seen an explosion of interest in their Australian Sommelier programmes with over 1,000 Sommeliers participating in our qualifications. Originally running just the Introductory Sommelier Certificate in Australia, we have now progressed to running both Introductory, Certified and Advanced. Some candidates plan to sit for the Master Sommelier Diploma in London this year. We are happy to have several resident MSs working in Oceania offering mentorship, support and teaching to candidates.”
